Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel

I would highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel Heathrow to everyone. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We stayed in an Executive Room with a runway view, which also gave us access to the Executive Lounge — a great experience overall. The food quality was very good, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight of the hotel, with a wide variety of options available. A special mention to Faris, who was very professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Anifa at reception was also very friendly and efficient, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free. Mesley in the Executive Lounge was also very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay — 5 out of 5 stars

I had a single night stay before flying out and I'm a Marriott Platinum Elite loyalist. It was a birthday trip and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special for me. I had spoken in advance with Lili at the front desk and she and the staff absolutely delivered. I was upgraded to a suite and had a wonderful dessert waiting for me in the room too. The room was amazing. The views of the runway are unique and not something you get almost anywhere, especially at one of the largest airports in the world. There was a lounge as well, which was pleasant. I just was not expecting the red carpet to have been rolled out the way it was, but I am oh so grateful. Thank you for everything and I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future or recommend.

Having stayed here many times I always have a decent stay here. The building does not look the best from the outside but there are some good rooms with runway views. If you have access to the Executive Lounge then there are also some good views there. Recently the hotel has been painted on the outside and seems to have been furnished better inside particularly in the lounge. Looks good. The only negative is that the lounge food offerings are poor. Really small one plate portions that are brought to you with no choice. Other Marriott properties nearby have a buffet style food option with self pour beer/wines which is far better.

Great hotel that offers good value for the brand. Whenever we travel from LHR this is our go to hotel. The rooms are clean and the reception areas are fresh and clean if a little tired in some plave places £10 uber ride to T2 and T3. Bus every half hour Mcdonalds opposit Staff and auper friendly This is a very busy airport hotel so it's surprising as to how good it is and how good the staff are! Oh and great views of the run way!!

First time here. The hotel was well placed and we loved the runway facing room. The staff were amazing and this is a big bonus as I am told a lot of visitors are returning regularly. The restaurant team is amazing. We had Pallavi and her colleagues helping us and they were so kind and looked after us very well. I made an error by not adding the 2nd breakfast and this was quickly sorted and I got it on the house too. I believe Faris was the one who sorted this out instead of any fuss. Overall very good team and the hotel atmosphere was great. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful. Also a great place to stay if you have to leave very early on the day.

Quiet, comfortable, buses to terminals right outside. Took a while to check in but staff friendly and helpful. Shower tray was worn and could do with a refresh. Air conditioning was great, bed was comfortable. Great value for money compared to other budget options which offer less for similar price.

The room was clean & comfortable, the bed was cozy & staff were helpful. Unfortunately there was only an overhead/rain shower in the bath which isn’t always ideal. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Special thanks go to Jerson in the dining area

I travel on business a lot so have experience of the best and worst of hotels. The Renaissance is very much in the former. After visiting family in the UK, I elected to stay here for one night so that I could avoid the challenges of getting down to Heathrow for a morning flight. The hotel has a spacious reception area, where patrons can sit and relax, a coffee shop, restaurant, and gift shops. The rooms are very clean, modern, and a good size. I am a frequent guest at Marriotts, and had access to the Executive Lounge where I received complimentary wine and canapes which were very nice. All in all, a great way to end a visit to the UK. I would heartedly recommend booking a final night at the Renaissance to any visitor to the UK who has a morning flight from Heathrow. The stress-relief of trading fighting the London traffic for relaxed luxury makes it more than worthwhile.
